Bayside sits right on the water with almost nothing between the lawn and the bay. Units here get staked or strapped as a matter of course, not as an upgrade, and we set doors so the prevailing breeze holds them shut rather than swinging them open.
The lot edge and the paved apron rather than the middle of the lawn. It keeps the grass intact for the event, keeps the service truck off the turf, and gives an accessible unit the firm approach it needs.
Marina Parkway gets busy from mid-morning through the weekend. Deliveries here go early, usually the day before, so the truck is not competing with event parking.

Events on city park land go through the City of Chula Vista's special event process, and the restroom count is usually part of it. Tell us the condition and we will supply to it.
