Chula Vista is not one job. There is grading and framing pushing east through Otay Ranch and Millenia, older streets around Third Avenue and Castle Park where a truck has one shot at the curb, a bayfront that has been under construction for years, and a run of East County towns past the 125 that most South Bay suppliers treat as somebody else’s problem. We route all of it off the same sheet, which is why the delivery windows hold.
Every rental is quoted flat and agreed on the phone before anything is scheduled: the units, the delivery, the servicing rhythm and the pickup, in one number. Servicing is not an add-on you find out about in week three — it is written into the rate when you book. If the job stretches, the rate stretches with it on the same terms.

How fast can a unit get to Chula Vista?
Most orders placed before mid-morning go out the same week, and short-notice jobs on the bayfront or in Otay Ranch often go out the next day. Trucks start at 4am, which is how units land before crews arrive rather than in the middle of the shift.
What does it actually cost?
A single standard unit on a weekend event runs differently than eight on a six-month grading job, so the honest answer comes from four questions on the phone. What you will not get is a low headline number with delivery, servicing and pickup bolted on afterwards.
Do you rent a single unit, or is there a minimum?
One is fine. A remodel on Hilltop Drive with a single unit behind the side gate is a normal order here, and it gets the same delivery window and the same servicing schedule as a row of ten.
How many people can one unit handle?
Roughly one standard unit per ten workers on a forty-hour week, and about one per eighty to a hundred guests for a four-hour event. Alcohol, heat and long days all push that number up. The rental desk calculator does the arithmetic for you.
Do I need a permit to put one on the street?
On private property, no. If a unit will sit in the public right of way — a street closure on Third Avenue, a lane on H Street — the City of Chula Vista handles that through the encroachment permit process, and the same applies in San Diego, National City and the county areas.
Who handles the pumping?
We do, on a schedule set when you book. Nobody on your crew touches the tank, and the service route is planned around the job so it does not land in the middle of a pour or a ceremony.
